Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Innerwear and accessories for hygiene reasons
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and reason for return along with photos of the item.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, ship the item back to our address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour issues, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
